This whistleblowing form is owned and managed by the Counter Fraud Team (CFT) within the Audit Risk Assurance shared service, part of Gloucestershire County Council. The CFT is an independent and professional counter fraud function able to investigate any type of internal or external fraud, bribery, corruption, grievance or linked offence.
You do not need proof to whistleblow - it is the CFT's job to establish what has gone on. You just need a genuine concern that *something* is happening which shouldn't be.
The CFT will take every whistleblow seriously including independent assessment against its case acceptance criteria. You can whistleblow anonymously, but the CFT manages every one confidentially regardless. Access to whistleblows and to CFT cases is restricted to CFT staff, only.

Please identify the main address linked to the allegation, if known. This could be a Ubico site, a supplier/contractor address, or a location where the referred event took place.
The CFT collects whistleblower information in order to work with you to triage and assess the referred allegation(s), only. We will never provide identity information without your consent except under court order. We can and have defended whistleblowers against intrusive requests from solicitors and individuals accused of offending. You may whistleblow anonymously if you require.
